Summer is a time of abundance and growth. This is a good season to push forward on progress towards goals.
Lammas
Lammas, or Lughnasadh, traditionally represented the first harvest of the season; folks would gather grains and bake bread. Symbols: wine, beer, bread, pears, berries, corn; wheat, cauldron, herbs, scythe, sunflowers.

- Bake bread
- Make fruit preserves
- Drink some beer or wine
- Shop at the farmer’s market

- Avoid downtown around PAX, maybe (early Sep)
